  2. Service Type: Refunds are applicable only to digital or consulting services that have not been fully delivered or where work has not yet started.

  3. Request Process: Refund requests must be submitted via our official email or contact form, clearly stating the order number and the reason for the refund.

  4. Partially Delivered Services: If any part of the service has already been completed, we reserve the right to deduct the value of the completed portion.

  5. Completed Services: Fully delivered services are non-refundable.


 

Refund Process:

  • Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

  • Any applicable transaction or administrative fees may be deducted from the refunded amount.
